We guarantee items will be shipped with the best possible care. All sales are final. If you have a problem with your shipment, contact us within 24 hours of receiving and we will do our best to help.
DELIVERY TIME
We cannot promise an exact delivery time. Goons gets to the post office once a week. Everyone gets their stuff within 28 days, most within 10–12. Please be patient.
WHAT IS A GOONS ORIGINAL?
Goons originals are hand-made using mixed media — painting, penciling, stenciling, and other techniques. Each piece is guaranteed original.
WHY ARE PIECES PRICED DIFFERENTLY?
Each Goons Original is one of a kind. Price is based on size, material, age, process, condition, and rarity. Some pieces are made quickly. Some take years to become finished. No two are the same.
IMPERFECTIONS & SHARP EDGES
Goons Originals are hand-made objects, not factory products.
Many works incorporate reclaimed materials, found objects, wood, metal, nails, screws, staples, paint, and mixed media elements. As a result, some pieces may contain rough surfaces, exposed hardware, sharp points, splinters, scratches, dents, paint drips, and other irregularities.
These characteristics are not defects. They are part of the artwork and the creative process.
Please handle all works with care. We recommend handling pieces by their most stable structural elements and avoiding unnecessary contact with delicate or protruding components.
Like objects found in a museum collection, these works are intended to be appreciated and preserved. Careful handling will help ensure their longevity for years to come.
